Influence of the management control system to the performance of Vietnamese enterprises

Through the current situation of the control system, it can be seen that although it is a young company, the Board of Directors of the Company has made great efforts in overcoming difficulties and building strategies to maximizing the equity value of the owners.

The level of completion of the staff on request has not been appreciated partly because the staff has changed a lot or the control is not tight. (For example, there arc not regular meetings.) The application of information technology to the Company's activities is not good. The company lacks professional information technology staffs.
