UNIT FOUR: SPECIAL EDCATION Period 19 READING Aims : Reading for general ideas and specific information. Objectives: By the end of the lesson, pupils are able to know how the disabled pupils to overcome the difficulty to learn, and have sympathy with them. Skills: Development for Reading skill and three integrated skills : Listening, Speaking and Writing. Lexical items : Disabled, deaf, dumb, mentally retarded, prevent, proper schooling, opposition, time-consuming, demonstration. Teaching aids : Handouts, cassette, textbook, flipcharts.
