Factors at sating point affecting impromptu purchase of ready - To - wear products: Study of young female groups in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City
After doing pilot quantitative research through testing to evaluate the reliability of the Cronbach's Alpha scale, the results showed that there are 4 observed variables with a correlation coefficient with the total variable <0.3 including: HVMNH4, IITBN3 , NVB1I1, NVBIỈ2. Therefore, these variables are excluded, all other observed variables are correlated with the total variable > 0.3 and Cronbach’s Alpha coefficients of the variables are greater than 0.7. Moreover, the EFA test showed that the observed variable BKK.7 has a loading factor <0.5, so this observed variable is excluded from the BKK factor. The EFA results also showed that the observed variables of the NVI factor were greater than 0.5, but uploaded to two groups of factors showing two different aspects of the influence of the NVI factors. Therefore, I named two groups of factors: friendly staff (NVTT) and helpful staff (NVHI). From this result of the preliminary study, I have built a complete scale to set up a questionnaire for official quantitative research and the research model and hypothesis are also specifically adjusted as follows:
